I am so glad I found Amanda and Golightly! If you're looking for a customized, thoughtful, affordable training for your dog, this is it. The other places I called were outrageously expensive and had "one size fits all" type methods. Amanda gave us a free consult in our home, which included the beginnings of the training. My dog only needed 2 more session to achieve the goals I wanted (which were pretty specific). I loved the way she individualized the care and saw what he needed. She adapted to our lifestyle and to the personalities of my 2 different dogs. Great service!!

Amanda is a godsend! She guided us through potty training, excessive barking (I take my dog to work so it's important he's on good behavior), barking at other dogs, general impulse control, and recall. Amanda couldn't have been nicer, was great with my dog and explaining the training to me, and was happy to answer additional questions I had over text/email. Each session was personally tailored to what we needed to tackle, which really made a difference. Since training I've seen an incredible improvement in my Pom! Amanda's help has been invaluable and I would reach out to her again in heartbeat if I ever find myself needing more guidance.

I started working with Amanda when I got my puppy Ava at just 3 months old and she was amazing. She taught Ava the basics but also other fundamental things that Ava still does today. Every time Ava sees Amanda she gets so excited, she is one of her favorite people! She also taught me how to continue the training and be a better dog owner myself. I will not go to anyone else and I do not think Ava would want to either.

Had a wonderful experience working with Amanda on some behavioral training for our dog (Labrador). You can instantly feel that she is very in tune with dogs- she has lots of insight into the psychology behind different behaviors. The tools she uses and training she assigns are manageable for the average person, and we could see a difference after only a few sessions! Highly recommend.
